Bug Fixes

1. Mandatory Based on Rule not cleared if data changed while editing
   Fixed an issue that kept a user-defined field mandatory after the rule that made it mandatory stopped applying.

2. Duplicate category entries are allowed/visible, allowing the same category name to be added more than once.
   Fixed an issue that allowed the same category name to be added more than once.

3. Hover Over Email in Angular Details Tab no longer shows Opt-in Email details
   Fixed an issue where hovering over an email address on the Details tab did not show the opt-in email details.

4. Large reads on abEntry Udfs timing out
   Fixed an issue where API requests reading large lists of Address Book entries with many user-defined fields could time out on later pages or when sorted by a user-defined field.
