Assistance Needed for ORASales Key Error and Security Setup
Hi Maximizer Support Team,
We are in the process of importing customer data into Maximizer for our ORA accounts. As part of this process, we need to apply specific security settings to the imported data, assigning appropriate read and write access based on user roles.
Issue:
We are encountering an issue with applying the ORASales Key to the Read Access field. Although the key value is directly from Maximizer, it returns an error indicating that the value is invalid.
We have verified that the write access key is accepted, but the read access key still returns an error. Can you please compare both keys for any discrepancies in format or encoding? We are using the exact key provided by Maximizer, and there seems to be an issue.
Please investigate this issue and provide guidance on how we can resolve it.

we are making the import call through the API. We obtain the sales team code/key from the following link: https://ca1.maximizercrmlive.com/api525/Data.svc/json/Read.
