I am trying to convert a lead into an opportunity and this is the error message I get:

The failure happens if you don’t have the rights to insert values into any user-defined fields, or you don’t have the rights to insert values into some of the Address Book fields which are mapped with leads, or the value in a lead field does not match any item in the mapped Address Book field. Ask your administrator to grant you the rights for inserting values into user-defined fields and check the fields mapped between Address Book and leads. Make sure you have the rights to insert values into all of the mapped fields and the items in the lead field match the items in the mapped field.
