Hi there, we are exploring automation possibilities with Maximizer and wondering if you could answer following:

1. Authentication Method: Could you please confirm whether the Octopus API supports OAuth 2.0, API key-based authentication, or another method? If there is a preferred authentication flow, we’d like to align with it.
2. Webhook or Event Trigger Availability: Does the API support webhooks or any other event-driven mechanism (e.g., when notes are added or follow-up dates are updated)? This is key for the workflow we are planning.
3. API Rate Limits: Are there published rate limits or throttling policies for Octopus API usage?
4. Scoped Access / API User Roles: Is it possible to create a dedicated API user with scope based access to specific modules (e.g., Notes or Contacts) rather than full account-level access?
