Greetings Everyone,

Need to define a Webhook. Looking through the documentation, I simply cannot locate a "complete" example for the following. Please create an example:

1. Create Target (for AbEntry), "Op": "Update, Create"
2. Create Subscription (when a UDF changes from one value to another). I assume the Webhook will not be executed if the this UDF value is "unchanged" during subsequent updates?
