I was wondering if there has been any update regarding the webhook triggering with changes made though the WebUI instead of just being initiated by changes made through the API?

On that second part, I have a question about this triggering.

Suppose I have 10 subscriptions. Users make changes to many records through the WebUI. We have set up the subscriptions to act on some of these changes but because the changes were done through the WebUI nothing happens with the webhooks. Next the API makes a change to a single record which triggers the webhook. Do all 10 subscriptions now get triggered? If so, do they trigger only for that record or will they now process all the changed records that where previously made through the WebUI?
