We are having an issue with the Web Form Notification Email not being distributed to the “Send email to:” email address(es). Regular email and email campaigns sent through Maximizer using our Email Server are being delivered as expected. When the link to the Web Form is used, the form opens and details can be added to the form and submitted. The details from the Web Form submission are written back to the Maximizer entry with no issues, but the Web Form Update Notification Email is not being distributed to the “Send email to:” email address(es). What is preventing the Web Form Notification Email from being relayed to the recipients?
