Time-Out of AbEntry Operation

Hello, We are trying to retrieve AbEntry records using Octopus API for older instances for audit purpose. The API works fine for newly created records but time-out when we pull records created from around 2014-14 timeframe. Is there an option to increase time-out on the API or add any other filter to be able to pull records. We are getting 504 back from API in most of such cases. We also tried to add filter to only retrieve data for an year by using range filter.
