New features and improvements

1. Octopus - Modify Content-Type header in binaryDownload
   Fixed an issue that prevented users from downloading some file types, such as HTML and TXT files, through the Octopus API using the single entry point.

Bug Fixes

1. New Opportunity dialog doesn't follow Categories mapped to Products/Services
   Fixed an issue in the Opportunities module where the Categories list did not follow the categories associated with Products/Services in the Administrator module.

2. Default Entry updates to AMGR_Client_Tbl fields not saved through API
   Fixed an issue that prevented users from updating some properties on the default Address Book entry.

3. Interactions Search by Date/Time not returning correct Entries
   Fixed an issue in the Address Book module where searching entries by Interactions with a date criteria returned results based on the UTC day instead of the user's time zone.
