Address Objects Parent Key

What does the Address Object relate to? I had assumed it was a direct child of abEntry but none of my Parent Keys seem to match.
The keys I have for abEntry are like
ID: 180215251621368670015C
Value: SW5kaXZpZHVhbAkxODAyMTFlNTE2MjIzNjg2NzAwMTRDCTA=
Where as my Address Parent Keys look like : QWJFbnRyeQXAZ0dBTExBTlQJMA==
As you can see they are much shorter, they also seem to be the same as the Key on the Address Object itself.
Can anyone shed any light on what's going on here? Are these All orphan records with no parent?
