We have seen an issue on a couple of 2023 R2 sites now with the API. If a user updates a UDF through the API that they don’t have permissions for it seems to end the Maximizer session of the user who tried the change.
The API itself doesn’t seem to report any errors. Is this something you have seen and/or can replicate?

Is it possible to do grouping through the API? For example, I would like to find the most recent date that each user added a note/task/opp etc

Is it possible to insert interactions into the database via the API including Start and End Time of interaction, Duration of interaction, User ID, type of interaction (call, email, sms, etc), Outcome, and a url link in the body of the interaction?

We have a client who has an on premise version of Maximizer and wants a custom capture from to create new Address Book Entries as they want certain details verified before the user can save the entry into the database. We have been able to create a new form for them and publish this to the Actions dropdown menu.

Hi API team,

Hi there - over the years we used the custom menubuilder for a number of things such as custom actions or simply just to hide certain item from users.
We can continue to have this working with the 2023.2 on premise version but we have also begun rolling out our solutions with the IIS Session State Server enabled - with that in place there seems to be a clash when a menubuilder item is in use and the system will after logging in display a session expired page.
Are these two items simply not compatible or is there something different we should be doing/using if we want to continue with customer menus?
